David Wallace, CIC
Senior Insurance Advisor
David is President of Bucher-Wallace Insurance Agency, where he has worked since 1984. A Shippensburg University graduate with a BS in Business Administration, he has been a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) since 2000 and has completed more than 400 hours of continuing education. His expertise includes commercial lines, risk management, and life insurance.
Outside the office, David enjoys traveling with family, gentleman farming, and collecting vintage items and antiques with his wife, Charlotte. He is a proud father of two daughters and grandfather to two grandchildren.
Trudy Foor, CISR
Certified Service Representative
Trudy is a Certified Service Representative and a graduate of Everett High School. With over 36 years of experience in the insurance industry, she holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education. She specializes in home and auto insurance and is known for her dedication to helping customers find the coverage they need.
Outside of work, Trudy and her husband Marty enjoy spending time with her grandchildren and operating their hobby beef farm. They are proud parents of two children and grandparents to two grandchildren.
Jenny Smith
Certified Service Representative
Jenny is a Certified Service Representative who has been licensed in insurance since 2012. She works with personal and commercial lines and recently earned her life insurance license in 2025. In addition, Jenny manages the agency’s website and social media accounts.
A graduate of Everett High School, she holds an Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management from Orlando Junior College and brings more than 10 years of management experience to her role. Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time with her two sons, participating in the Crystal Spring Camp Meeting, attending church, and making memories with family and friends.
Charlotte Wallace
Certified Service Representative
Charlotte is a Certified Service Representative who primarily focuses on commercial accounts. She earned her insurance license in 2017.
Originally from Texas and raised primarily in Dallas, Charlotte holds a BA in English from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, she enjoys antiquing, gardening, attending church, and entertaining at home.
Loretta Bennett
Certified Service Representative
Loretta is a Certified Service Representative who earned her insurance license in 2023. She graduated from Everett High School and completed additional computer training at Compu-Tech.
Outside of work, Loretta enjoys gardening, attending church, and spending time with her family. She and her husband are the proud parents of two sons and grandparents to three grandchildren.
Pam Williams
Office Support Specialist
Pam is the Office Support Specialist and a graduate of Everett High School. She brings over 10 years of restaurant management experience, 24 years in banking, and more than 45 years in customer service.
Outside of work, Pam enjoys spending time with family and friends. She and her husband are the proud parents of one son.
